Your Contract With Bearhouse Beads
When placing an order with me, you are making an offer to buy goods. When your order has been received, confirmation will be emailed to you clearly outlining the goods ordered and the amount paid. Your order will then automatically be accepted and your goods will be dispatched within the time specified in the shipping section below. In the unlikely event that I have made a pricing error, I will email you to tell you this and there will be no contract between us. If the goods you order are no longer available, I will email you as soon as possible to inform you and offer a substitute product. You are under no obligation to accept this product as a replacement.
How to Place an Order
If you wish to order goods, please add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished adding items, click on 'Checkout with PayPal' to begin the payment process. If you already have a PayPal account, login here and use the PayPal payment screens to complete the payment process. If you do not have an account, you can still pay by credit or debit card by clicking on 'continue checkout' under the heading 'Don't have a PayPal account?' and following the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. If you notice any errors with your order during the process, please go back if possible to correct these errors. If you are unable to do so, please contact me using one of the above methods to inform me of this error and I will be able to correct it for you.
It is important to note that all of the card payments processed through this website are handled by PayPal. This provides a safe and secure way for you to pay for your goods and I never hold any passwords, credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information on my system.

These terms were last edited on Wednesday 8th July 2009. Please note that they will be the terms that apply to your order. I may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume the same terms will apply to your future orders.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
I aim to despatch all orders within three working days of receipt of payment, and aim to contact you in the event that there is likely to be any delay. Prices include First Class postage to UK residents. If you require International postage or Recorded Delivery, please let contact me before checking out any goods.
Returns and Cancellations
Please let me know by email within 2 days if for any reason you would like to cancel an order that you've placed. I will refund you the full amount paid if the order has not been despatched. If the item has already been despatched you are required to return the item in its original packaging. Once I have received the item in its original condition you will be issued a refund, less postage and handling fee of GBP1.50.
I understand that buying something on the internet without seeing it in person can be daunting, although I make every effort to ensure that descriptions are as accurate as possible. If you receive your order and decide the products just are not appropriate for you, contact me for a full refund minus the shipping. Please note: if the items are not faulty it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the items back to me. Finally, in the rare event that your order is sent incorrectly please contact me and I will correct it as soon as I can.
Privacy Notice
Your privacy is important to me which is why Bearhouse Beads will NEVER pass your details on to a third party except where required by UK law. We will email you in direct relation to your order and with promotional emails from time to time ONLY if you have opted in to our mailing list. You can opt out at any time by using the 'Newsletter Unsubscribe' link on the left. Alternatively, you can opt out by logging in and editing your settings in 'My Account and Email Preferences'. We hold no details of credit or debit cards as this is handled by PayPal. Details of their privacy policy can be found on their website.
